“I have learned with great clarity the importance of helping others in this lifetime.  It is the strongest desire I have ever had in my life to help others fight cancer.  Over two years ago, I started an organization called Chicago Fight Club to raise money for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Walter Payton Cancer Research Fund and other charities that have closely affected our lives. I would like to rename it to the Cancer Fight Club and build it into a world class charity organization.  I am determined to beat my cancer and spend the rest of my life helping others fight cancer.”

John started the Chicago Fight Club with Joe, Gretchen, Iris and other supporters in 2008.  With their hard work and determination, Chicago Fight Club raised over $40,000 for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and other charities.  Shortly after John lost his battle on April 10, 2010, Chicago Fight Club applied for Non-profit 501(c)(3) status under our new name the John Kark cancer Fight Club to continue John’s fight and wish to help others fight cancer.

Our mission is to raise money for numerous charities that have closely touched and affected our lives.  We are a public charity organization that generates donations through the collective efforts of our members. There is always something worth fighting for.

This site is dedicated to all of those who never gave up and who never stopped fighting.
